ABSTRACT
The incidence and risk factors for poor outcome in patients with COVID are well known, as are the protective measures in high-risk populations. In contrast, the epidemiological and clinical behavior of this disease in the population of elite athletes who are the paradigm of good health is poorly understood. Data on COVID in athletes are scarce and have focused preferentially on the consequences on sports performance of confinement measures and on the pathophysiological risks of infected athletes. Real Madrid is a large elite sports institution with facilities in the City of Madrid where 600 athletes train daily. The incidence of COVID during a study period of 671 days of observation in athletes, professional or amateur, working in the institution has been 0,74 per 1,000 days of exposure. The disease has been asymptomatic or oligosymptomatic in all athletes and did not require any hospital admissions. The different teams did not have to suspend any of its sportive commitments for COVID during the study period and there was no evidence of outbreaks of internal transmission between members of the different teams.

The undeniable progress in Web Accessibility can be contrasted with the scant impact on its application to the real Web world. This problem is especially serious when the Web is the only way to obtain specific services. In some countries, fundamental procedures such as interaction with Administration, health services, or banks, can exclusively be accessed through the Web. This issue became even more evident during the COVID-19 pandemic, when a significant sector of the population that does not have access to the Internet experienced important barriers to manage their situation. In addition to the technical problems, the digital and gender divide, which have a decisive effect on accessibility and condition the exercise of civil rights, are often disregarded by Web Accessibility studies. In this talk we will present our work on the accessibility of Administration's websites and, in addition, we will discuss the need of considering non-technological accessibility barriers to find ways to alleviate them.

ABSTRACT
The COVID-19 pandemic forced a sudden increase of remote activities including work, learning and also scientific conferences. Almost a year of experience in remote work, remote meetings and remote conferences clearly showed that these events are markedly different from their traditional counterparts. The aim of this workshop is to analyse factors influencing the user experience of remote conferences, thereby creating a set of guidelines for their future organizers. Patterns may be identified from personal experiences shared by HCI researchers as participants or organizers of remote conferences. Methodologically, the methods of Design Thinking combined with the auto-ethnographic approach will be employed for the workshop. Participants will be able to find new insights into the process of the organization of remote conferences and transform such insights into an actionable set of guidelines for future remote conference organization. © 2021, IFIP International Federation for Information Processing.
